Reporting Copyright and Trademark Infringement
Last update: August 2023
At Assasi Enterprise LLC, DBA Exlancia, we prioritize the protection of intellectual property rights. Our content relies on User Generated Content (UGC), and while we do not pre-screen user-uploaded content for potential violations, we take reported cases of infringement seriously. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright or trademark rights, please follow the steps outlined below.
To expedite the review process, please ensure that your copyright or trademark infringement notice ("Notice") includes the following information:
For Copyright Infringement:
Identification of your copyrighted work and the specific elements protected under the copyright(s) in question.
Details about your copyright ownership, such as the type of copyright (registered or unregistered) and supporting documentation like registration numbers or certificates.
A concise explanation of how our users are allegedly infringing upon your copyrights.
Clear references to the infringing materials, including URLs or links to the relevant content (e.g., GIG URL, links to deliverables provided to users).
Your complete contact information, including your full name, address, email, and phone number.
A statement declaring that the information in the notice is accurate, that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your electronic or physical signature.
Please direct your Notice to our designated DMCA / Copyright Claims Agent at:

Alternatively, you can submit the Notice electronically to [email protected] or through our DMCA / Copyright Claims Agent support ticket system.
It's important to note that we will inform the user allegedly involved in the infringement about your Notice and allow them to respond. If substantial proof of infringement is provided, we may remove or suspend the reported content while awaiting the user's response. In instances where the user submits a valid counter-notification stating their right to post the content, we will notify you and may reinstate the material. Our actions are in accordance with relevant laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable regulations.
Failure to comply with the requirements of the DMCA may result in your Notice not being effective.
Please be aware that intentionally misrepresenting material as infringing may expose you to legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on the Exlancia platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification (a "Counter-Notice") by sending a written notification to our DMCA / Copyright Claims Agent (details above). The Counter-Notice should contain:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed or disabled material and its previous location.
Contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the judicial district where your address is located or where Exlancia can be found.
Please note that under the DMCA, if the party that originally submitted the DMCA Notice does not take legal action against you within ten business days, we may restore the removed content. Falsely claiming that content was wrongly removed may lead to legal action under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
